Three Screw Pumps

CTP Pumps was licensed three screw pump manufacturing technology — with 8 series and 1,024 specifications — from Allweiler GmbH, Germany in 1984. All series have reached an international advanced level, with characteristics of standardization, serialization and universalization.

Over four decades of continuous manufacturing under Allweiler’s engineering standards have made CTP Pumps one of China’s most experienced three-screw pump manufacturers. Our complete 8-series range covers virtually every pressure, flow, viscosity and installation requirement in industrial and marine applications.

Design Features

Application Fields

Installed in various oil transfer systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, and process cooling systems, serving the petrochemical, power, metallurgy, steel, shipping, and machining industries.

Media To Be Transferred

Transports various clean lubricating liquids, such as lubricating oil, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic oil, and natural oil. It can also reliably transfer media with poor lubricity, such as light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, asphalt, viscose, and emulsions.

3G Series

Specs highlight: Max 575 m³/h · Max 10.0 MPa · Max 150°C · 12 kinds

The broadest-coverage series in the CTP three-screw pump range. 12 type variants spanning 25–52,000 size designations. Multi-mounting (horizontal, flanged, vertical). The workhorse series for general industrial lubrication.

SD Series

Specs highlight: Max 10 m³/h · Max 21 MPa · Max 80°C

The highest-pressure series in the CTP range, rated to 21 MPa. Available in 20/40/80 sizes. Installs vertically, horizontally, or in submersible configurations — suited for extreme-duty hydraulic power units.

SZ Series

Specs highlight: 16–550 m³/h · Max 1.6 MPa · Max 80°C

Double-suction three screw pump for high-volume, lower-pressure transfer. 4 frame sizes (940/1,300/2,200/9,400). Horizontal and vertical mounting. Ideal for large-scale fuel oil transfer and cooling systems.

SM Series

Specs highlight: Max 200 m³/h · Max 10.0 MPa · Max 150°C

Medium-flow, high-pressure three screw pump for demanding lube oil and process systems. 12 specification variants in the 40–2,900 size range. Multi-mounting compatible.

SN Series

Specs highlight: Max 318 m³/h · Max 4.0 MPa · Max 150°C

General-purpose, high-volume three screw pump for standard lubrication and oil supply systems. Available in 40–5,300 sizes with 14 specification variants. Installs horizontally, vertically, flanged or wall-mounted.

SNHG Series

Specs highlight: Max 450 m³/h · Max 4.5 MPa · Max 150°C

Large-capacity horizontal-mounted three screw pump for central lube oil supply systems and power plant applications. 3 frame sizes (5,300/7,400/9,400). Horizontal installation only.

SPF Series

Specs highlight: Max 6.7 m³/h · Max 4.0 MPa · 3–7,600 cSt

Flanged-only three screw pump with the widest viscosity handling in the range — up to 7,600 cSt. For very high-viscosity oils, heavy fuel oil and bitumen. Available in 20/40 sizes.

S3F Series

Specs highlight: Max 3.1 m³/h · Max 10.0 MPa · Max 80°C

Compact high-pressure three screw pump with 6-position lantern mounting. Vertical, horizontal and flanged installations. For precise lubrication in machine tools and hydraulic circuits.
