MEET US

Booth 2039
Meet the CTP team

Marine pumps for Türkiye’s
tanker and shipyard sector.

CTP Pumps will be exhibiting at Europort Istanbul 2026, 4–6 November at the Yenikapı Expo Center, at Booth 2039. We look forward to meeting tanker owners, ship management companies, shipyards, ship repair yards, oil terminal operators and marine equipment buyers.

Türkiye sits on the oil transport route between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean and has an active shipbuilding and ship repair industry. That combination brings two kinds of pump conversations: new-build pump packages for shipyards, and replacement pumps for vessels already in service.

Founded in 1956, CTP builds twin screw, three screw, marine centrifugal and progressive cavity pumps in Tianjin, China. Bring your duty data to Booth 2039 and discuss the options with our engineers.

APPLICATION 01

Cargo Oil Transfer for Tankers and Terminals

Twin screw pumps: W, SW, V, SV, U, HPW, W.Kse & 2G Series

Cargo discharge, loading, stripping and terminal transfer often involve products whose viscosity changes with temperature and grade. Twin screw pumps are self-priming, deliver low-pulsation flow and tolerate entrained gas and impurities, which makes them the main technology for oil tanker cargo duty.

CTP’s twin screw family extends to 2,700 m³/h, 10.0 MPa and NPSH as low as 1.5 m, in horizontal and vertical arrangements. W, SW, V, SV and U cover most cargo and transfer duties; HPW, W.Kse and 2G cover higher pressure or special arrangements.

Read more on our cargo oil transfer pump page, or bring the cargo list and discharge requirements to Booth 2039.

APPLICATION 02

Marine Fuel Oil and Lubrication Systems

Three screw pumps: SN, 3G, SZ, SPF & SM Series

Fuel oil supply, fuel oil booster and main engine lubrication duties need smooth, continuous flow at stable pressure. Three screw pumps are self-priming with low pulsation and noise, and handle lube oil, hydraulic fluid and light to heavy fuel oil.

The CTP three screw family reaches 575 m³/h, 21.0 MPa and 7,000 cSt. SN, 3G, SZ and SPF are the core fuel and lube series; SM covers higher-pressure duty. The same pumps also serve industrial lubrication systems ashore.

See the three screw pump range and our marine fuel oil transfer pump selection guide.

APPLICATION 03

Shipbuilding and Ship Repair: Ballast, Cooling and General Service

Marine centrifugal pumps: ESD, EMD, EMC, ESC, EHC, EHS & VS Series

For shipyards and repair yards, most of a vessel’s water systems run on marine centrifugal pumps: ballast, sea water cooling, bilge, fire and general service. CTP’s marine centrifugal family covers flows up to 5,000 m³/h and heads up to 270 m, designed for 60 Hz ship power.

ESD, EMD and EMC serve ballast and main sea water; EHC, ESC and EMC serve cooling; EHS self-priming pumps serve bilge; VS / VS-S and ESN serve fire and general service. Because CTP also builds the oil and cargo pumps, one supplier can cover most of a vessel’s pump schedule.

See marine ballast pumps, marine bilge pumps and the marine and shipbuilding overview.

APPLICATION 04

Sludge, Waste Oil and Viscous Fluids

Progressive cavity pumps: G, EH, ER & EU Series

Sludge, oily residues and waste oil can contain solids and change viscosity from batch to batch. These media belong in a progressive cavity (single screw) pump, not a precision three screw pump.

CTP’s G, EH, ER and EU Series move sludge, oily residues, fibrous and solids-laden liquids and high-viscosity fluids. Rotor surfaces can be hardened for abrasive duty and the stator elastomer is chosen for the liquid.

See the progressive cavity pump range and our progressive cavity pump selection guide.

Replacing a pump
during a repair visit?

Ship repair schedules are short. When an installed pump is worn out, discontinued or slow to source, the replacement has to fit the existing foundation, piping and power supply.

Bring the existing nameplate, datasheet or installation drawing to Booth 2039. Our engineers check flow, head or pressure, speed, flange position, footprint, seal arrangement and motor data against a matching CTP model.

For centrifugal pumps, read our guide to EMC marine centrifugal pump replacement and spare parts.
