CTP Pumps manufactures eccentric helical rotor pumps (also known as progressive cavity pumps or single screw pumps) under technology licensed from Bornemann GmbH, Germany since 1993. Our 6-series range with 15 model variants covers horizontal, submersible, and easy-clean configurations for a wide spectrum of challenging industrial media.

Eccentric helical rotor pumps are uniquely suited for transferring high-viscosity, shear-sensitive, fibrous, solid-laden, and non-flowing fluids that cannot be handled by conventional pump types. With a simple structure and gentle pumping action, they deliver reliable, uninterrupted flow even with the most difficult media.

Application Fields

Media To Be Transferred

It is suitable for transporting neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing fibers and high solid content, gas-containing liquids or liquids prone to air entrainment. Even non-flowing viscous media can be transferred continuously.
