CTP Pumps manufactures twin screw pumps under technology licensed from Bornemann GmbH, Germany since 1993. Our 9-series range covers horizontal and vertical configurations, welded and cast pump casings, and external or internal bearing structures to meet virtually any industrial transfer requirement.

Twin screw pumps deliver smooth, nearly pulsation-free flow with insensitivity to impurities in the medium — making them the preferred choice for viscous, corrosive, and multiphase fluids across the most demanding industrial sectors.

Application Fields

The pump can be installed in lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, and equipment cooling systems. It is widely used in shipbuilding, metallurgy and steel production, petroleum and chemical industries, power plants, as well as mechanical machining and manufacturing applications.

Media To Be Transferred

The pump is suitable for transferring various fluids, including lubricating oil, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluid, and natural oils. Fluids with poor lubricating properties—such as light and heavy fuel oil, coal tar oil, asphalt, viscose fluids, and emulsions—can also be transferred reliably and efficiently.

SW Series

Specs highlight: Max 2,700 m³/h · Max 1.6 MPa · Max 120°C

The highest-capacity series in the CTP twin screw range. Horizontal installation. Ideal for large-volume, lower-pressure transfer of crude oil, heavy fuel oil and process fluids.

V Series

Standard vertical twin screw pump. For applications requiring compact vertical installation while maintaining high-flow and moderate-pressure performance.

SV Series

High-capacity vertical twin screw pump. Suitable for cargo transfer, lubricating oil supply and fuel oil systems in marine and industrial applications.
