CTP is an engineering-driven industrial pump manufacturer specializing in centrifugal pumps, screw pumps and gear pumps for marine, oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial applications.
With years of manufacturing experience and in-house production capability, we deliver engineered pump solutions designed around real operating conditions. We do not simply supply products — we design and manufacture pump systems optimized for reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle performance.

Every pump and replacement component is developed based on verified operating parameters, including flow rate, differential pressure, rotational speed, medium viscosity and lubricity, operating temperature, and corrosive or abrasive characteristics.
Hydraulic calculations, structural verification, and material compatibility analysis are performed to ensure long-term operational stability, energy efficiency, and system reliability.

CTP manufactures precision replacement parts engineered to be compatible with selected international pump brands, including: Allweiler (Germany), Bornemann (Germany), Taiko (Japan).
Our replacement parts are developed through:Dimensional reverse engineering, hydraulic performance validation, material specification optimization, structural strength analysis.
The objective is not only interchangeability, but maintaining system reliability and operational safety. CTP is an independent manufacturer.

In addition to spare parts, CTP provides custom-built pump engineered for industry-specific applications. We support industries such as:Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, marine & Shipbuilding, power Generation & Energy, offshore Engineering, industrial Processing.
Our engineering team designs pump solutions based on application analysis, system integration requirements, and lifecycle optimization principles.

CTP provides 24-hour technical response for spare parts, urgent replacement, and system evaluation.Services include: technical consultation, remote troubleshooting, performance optimization, retrofit and modernization plannin, international logistics coordination.
Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure continuous industrial operation.

All pumps and components are: manufactured in-house, material-certified, dimensionally inspected, performance-tested, fully traceable.
Our production process follows strict quality control procedures to ensure long-term reliability and consistent performance.Every pump is backed by an 18-month warranty for your peace of mind.
We offer fast and reliable shipping worldwide via air, land, or sea, using DHL, FedEx, and other major logistics providers.

Selecting the right pump depends on several factors: the medium being pumped (viscosity, temperature, solid content), required flow rate and pressure, installation environment, and electrical specifications.

To help you find the best match, we offer a free Pump Selection Assistance service. Fill in your application parameters using our online form, and our engineering team will review your requirements and recommend a suitable pump model — typically within 24 hours.

Our global logistics and technical teams can deliver verified replacement components within 36 hours for urgent requests, depending on location.

Yes. We engineer custom pump units based on your system’s flow, pressure, temperature, and medium properties, with full hydraulic and structural validation.

All replacement parts are independently engineered by CTP, meet international quality standards, and are fully traceable and performance-tested.

Yes. All pumps and components are manufactured in-house, rigorously factory-tested, fully documented, and delivered ready for immediate operation. This ensures reliability, traceability, and minimal commissioning time.

In pump systems equipped with a mechanical seal, a small amount of grease or lubricating oil may appear at the weep hole after initial commissioning or following re-lubrication. This is typically caused by thermal expansion of the lubricant during startup.

Under normal operating conditions, however, the weep hole should remain dry. Persistent leakage from the area between the mechanical seal and bearing housing is generally an indication of mechanical seal deterioration or failure. If continuous oil leakage is observed:

  • Stop the pump immediately
  • Inspect the mechanical seal assembly
  • Replace the seal if necessary

Delayed maintenance may lead to bearing damage, motor contamination, or unplanned downtime.
