Industries Served
CTP’s twin-screw pumps (W, V, HPW, HW series) and single-screw pumps (EH, ER, G series) are deployed in major onshore and offshore oilfields for transporting crude oil of various viscosities, including multiphase fluids containing gas, water, or solids.
Three-screw pumps (SN, SM, 3G series) are designed for clean oil media where the presence of gas, water, or solid particles is not permitted.
Our engineered solutions for high-viscosity and multiphase operating conditions ensure continuous and reliable performance, supporting large-scale production in demanding oilfield environments.
Key Technical Highlight:
The pumps feature optimized rotor and screw profiles, delivering high efficiency, low pulsation, and extended service life under multiphase operating conditions.
Example Project: Cuban Oilfield Project
CNPC Technology & Development Company purchased several W Series twin-screw pumps from CTP for deployment in Cuban oilfields. The equipment was subsequently delivered to CUPET (Cuba Petroleum Company).
The pumps were engineered to meet the specific crude oil transportation requirements of the project, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the oil & gas gathering and transportation system under local field conditions.
This project demonstrates CTP’s capability to provide reliable fluid handling solutions for oil & gas production in Latin America.
Twin-screw pumps (W, V, HPW, HW series) are widely used in petroleum storage terminals and refinery projects for handling refined products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, heavy oil, and asphalt.
Single-screw and three-screw pumps are selected for specific process streams based on viscosity, lubrication properties, and fluid composition requirements.
Custom-engineered solutions ensure stable, high-capacity transfer operations while minimizing downtime, even under fluctuating viscosity conditions.
Key Technical Highlight:
The pumps are designed for gentle handling of viscous liquids, minimizing shear stress and preserving product integrity during loading and unloading operations.
Example Project: French Refinery Project
CTP successfully delivered several SNH Series three-screw pumps to a refinery project in France, providing equipment for high-end overseas refining operations.
The pumps are applied to critical refinery processes, including distillation and refined product transfer, ensuring continuous and stable operation under normal and variable process conditions.
This European refining project further confirms the reliable performance and operational suitability of CTP screw pumps for international high-end petrochemical applications.
CTP pumps are installed on tankers and other marine vessels for petroleum products, edible oils, lubricants, and chemical liquids. Applications include cargo transfer, main engine cooling, ballast, firefighting, and sanitary water systems.
- Twin-screw pumps are used for heavy fuel oils and refined petroleum products.
- Three-screw pumps handle fuel oils and lubricants.
- Single-screw pumps serve as bilge pumps for liquids containing solids or fibers.
Centrifugal pumps (EMC, ESC, EMD, ESD, EHC, EHS, TMS, TMC, VS series) are applied to seawater/freshwater transfer, cooling, ballast, and firefighting systems.
All solutions comply with international classification society standards, including CCS, ABS, and BV, and have reliably supported long-term marine operations.
Key Technical Highlight:
Pump designs are optimized for high suction performance, corrosion resistance, and full compliance with marine classification standards, ensuring continuous and reliable vessel operations.
Example Project: Indonesian Shipyard Project
CTP delivered EMC and TMS series centrifugal pumps to shipyards in Indonesia for use as marine fire pumps and ballast pumps during ship outfitting.
The pump sets are designed and installed in compliance with international classification society rules and shipbuilding technical standards, reliably meeting the operational requirements of marine firefighting and ballast systems.
This cooperation further expands the application footprint of CTP marine centrifugal pumps in the Southeast Asian maritime support market.
Three-screw pumps (SN, SM, 3G, SPF series) and gear pumps (NHG, NHGH, KCB series) are used in power plants and industrial facilities for fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic, and cooling circulation systems.
These pumps are designed to operate reliably across a wide range of viscosities and pressures, supporting continuous operation and large-scale industrial processes.
Key Technical Highlights
- Engineered for precise flow control and low maintenance requirements.
- Consistent performance under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions.
- Optimized for high reliability and long service life in industrial environments.
Example Project: Sri Lanka Power Plant Project
CTP successfully delivered several 3G Series three-screw pumps to a power plant in Sri Lanka, providing critical fluid transfer equipment for local power generation.
The pumps are engineered to meet the operational conditions of fuel oil and lubricating medium transportation in power plants, offering stable operation and high energy efficiency.
These pumps effectively ensure the continuous and reliable operation of generator sets under typical power plant conditions
Three-screw pumps (SN, SM, 3G, SPF series) and gear pumps (NHG, NHGH, KCB series) are used for the precise transfer of lubricating oils across a wide range of viscosities and pressures.
Engineered solutions ensure stable circulation, accurate metering, and support critical industrial and marine lubrication systems operating at high throughput.
Key Technical Highlights
- Pump designs minimize pulsation and ensure precise flow distribution.
- Optimized for sensitive lubrication circuits requiring stable and accurate operation.
- Engineered for reliable performance under varying pressure and viscosity conditions.
Example Project: Singapore Marine Engine Project
CTP delivered SPF Series three-screw pumps for marine main engines in Singapore, installed as dedicated lubrication pumps.
The pumps are engineered to meet the long-cycle, high-reliability lubrication oil supply requirements of marine equipment, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
This project demonstrates CTP’s capability in providing marine screw pump solutions for the international maritime market.
